Stay involved throughout: from submitting a detailed brief and the kickoff call to reviews, revisions, and final photo approval. Your project—your rules.
1. Briefing
- You outline or we discuss in person your expectations for the product photoshoot and break down the stages—specifying the shots you need, the preferred style, and sharing inspiration examples.
- If needed, we arrange a short call with the photographer and project manager to fully understand your needs.
- We provide a product photography proposal with pricing and timelines.
2. Project approval
- You approve the proposal.
- The project moves to the photoshoot preparation stage.
- We set tentative project start and end dates.
- We prepare and sign a contract with the client.
3. Delivering products to the studio
You can send the products by courier or deliver them yourself. In Vilnius, we can also collect the products.
All items in our studio are checked, identified, and assigned to your project.
4. Advance payment and date confirmation
- We issue a proforma invoice—once paid, the photoshoot date is reserved.
5. Product photoshoot
- The Vizualo Meistrai team sets the scene, selects the lighting, and photographs the products according to the brief.
6. Initial review
You receive unedited (“raw”) images.
You select the frames to be retouched further.
7. Retouching
The selected frames are professionally processed to match your style requirements.
8. Final approval and file delivery
We submit the retouched photos for your review.
If needed, you may request revisions within the set period (usually 10 days).
Once the final photos are approved, we issue an invoice for the remaining balance.
After payment, we deliver the final product photo files in your required formats.
9. Product return
- At your request, you can pick up the products at the studio, or we will ship them back to the address you provide.
